Adding an Option to hide users

So as I'm sure many of you have seen or encounterd scammers, especially if you are in a big public server. I would like to see an option to hide current users on servers from new users, until they get a roll that allows them to see all users, there should also be an option to allow certan rolls to been seen even if the user cannot see everyone (usefull to give server owners adminis mods ect.).
