Feature request: Blacklist filter

I see this has been requested at least once in the past, but I think it should be stated again.

I'm a mod on a server with around 1000 people - we have a venting channel to keep the more serious talk out of the rest of the server. Well, our server tends to attract a good chunk of people who are emotionally not well - some with suicidal ideation. We do our best to help them with resources to hotlines and such, and we'd appreciate if more of them spoilered their more distressing messages - but we know as a team that when people are that upset they're not thinking about that, and "policing" a rule like that would be. Not awesome for anybody.

But obviously this content can be very hard for other people who are struggling to walk into and read - it's unfair of us to come down on these people who are having a really hard time with rules, but it's not great for people to be getting triggered by hard-to-read content either. I think a blacklist feature is highly overdue. You just can't moderate everything with people.

I agree I am the moderator for a company with a Discord of 13,000 people and continuously growing. Recently with the increase popularity with NFT's out server is constantly bombarded with BOTs send them DMs with Fake Links pretending to be us. I believe a blacklist feature that can be added to help automatically ban users who Have certain keywords in their nickname / discord name. My moderator staff has been able to get it so they can remove 200 users in under 5mins but it is extremely inefficient to have to go through this process 2-3 a day.
