How many days do have to wait for an email reply? This has exceeded the working day limit, which is 3-5 days. This is bad, what about my account? if it continues like this it will be deleted automatically.I've sent 3 emails but the only reply is automatic bot reply.

  Soon? When is it ? it's been more than a week, if another week there is no reply. My account is automatically deleted from your system and becomes "Deleted User#0000".
