Discord account hacked and buy nitro gifts
Hello. Everyone I need help. One time i buy nitro classic like month ago. But Someone hacked my Discord account and buy 2 times nitro gifts for 9,99 USD. And someone wants to buy one more but I don't have more money on my PayPal, so he cant buy it . When i see that. I send a ticket I want a refund/chargeback for that. I send it more times because I find more and more information about that. But then my account got stopped/banned for chargebacks. I don't know what to do. So I write them on Twitter with all information. If anyone can help me. xRiro8#2005 (hacked discord).

Hey! You should contact Discords customer support and contact your bank for help.
You can also file a complaint to authorities about this as this is illegal.

i got the same problem someone hacked my account and chnaged password + email and bought 3 10$ nitros
i made 2 tickets 1 to recover my account and 1 to get a refund
i also tried to contact discord on twitter no response from any tickets

i have same issue, been 6 weeks since then and no reply to my email, they dont even care about account safety to be honest, they will at the very least completely delete your hacked account, just like they did with my friends. im still waiting on response for refund cause they bought almost 300 worth of nitro on my account

Happened to my account too. 2 minutes later i got a Sms that i have a paypay fraud. I think that is their strategy. They are getting your discord account and from that you telephone number and paypal address. So that they could get something from you over sms.

It happened to me too now, they tried to buy 3 nitro but only managed to buy 2 since i have no money left on my Revolut account. I contacted discord and the bot responded, I'm still awaiting somebody's help

Same has happened to me (24.05). I was active at that time. Got a notification on my phone that Discord took 10,13 so I checked it out and the moment I logged into Paypal the 2nd one has occured, then I quickly changed password from Paypal as well as Discord, it stopped. Called Paypal, they said it was a legit transaction and I should get in touch with Discord.
So I got in touch with Discord. At the very beginning I kept getting responses from “Clyde” their bot customer support but I wouldn't give up that easily. I kept sending tickets, I think I had like 5 or 6 in a total.
Until yesterday (29.05) I finaly got a response from one really friendly person who has helped me through the entire thing.
My refunds are currently in process but have already been confirmed by Paypal so I should be getting the money back in a couple of days and my Account will be deleted on my demand within the next 15 days. (Geniuely not feeling save on this Account anymore)
