Super Reactions Refund Option

I think it would be highly beneficial if users could refund a Super Reaction, as long as they've used it within the last 30 seconds. I find it very easy to accidentally use a super reaction when there's a message with many reactions, and there isn't even a confirmation that you'd like to use one.
