AutoMod Feature for Bad Usernames/Display Names

Now, being able to change your display name is cool and all, but a big issue that has been going on for a while is bad usernames. People, when given the opportunity, will always try to troll or promote hate by using their usernames and joining servers till a server moderator or staff handles them. I think adding an AutoMod feature, similar to chat AutoMod, but usernames would be a GREAT addition.

The system could either force the user to change their server display name on join, or give the staff the ability to AutoBan said user.

Just to clarify, I KNOW you can change the user's username if you have perms to do so, but some users shouldn't even be able to change their names to such vulgar words/phrases. This also creates a larger task for server staff to constantly look around for bad actors that join with bad nicknames. Just saying that there should be an automated feature for this to help improve moderation work load.
