I requested transfer of ownership for my server after I lost access to my account the person assigned requested further information then stopped responding and hasn’t done anything since. Ticket number #37586629

    I got a response, albeit to a different issue, after 7 days. I'm assuming they were on some type of leave, hopefully just sit tight.

    I had an issue with my account being compromised today. Here's hoping they can get to me soon on it as well.
