Blocking an account 'Practically' Does Nothing

The way Blocking is handled needs to be updated, to remove updated icons, Nicknames and Usernames.

I have a annoying person blocked, and they still manage to message me all because my username, nickname and profile picture updates, even to them.

When I block someone, I dont want them to be able to contact me again. But its so easy to bypass and find the person again through an alternative account

My suggestion is:
Once the block button is hit, the profile outright refuses to load.
The Profile picture, Username and Nickname are non existent, and its like the user has gone off the face of the earth.

Or, at least a standstill of what the account looked like at that current moment. So that if any changes are made it'll look like nothing has changed at all.
