Onboarding initial questions disabled once completed

So I think it'd be a great idea to make some onboarding questions as to be seen only, and only, upon first joining the server. That is, user joins, get this one time question, completes it and then can't change it (should be hidden from the Channels&Roles section). Of course this should only be for specific questions and turned off at any time.

I was thinking something along the lines of a toggle or checkbox to indicate this question should only appear to new members in onboarding, but not after they complete the pre-join questions.
