Keep a role assigned to a member (even if they rejoin)

It would be cool to add a setting in the roles to keep a role assigned to someone even if they leave. For example, if a member has the role “Blacklisted”, he just needs to leave and rejoin to gain access to the server.

They would also get back the roles if a member leave the server by accident.

Here's a “concept” :

  That would be cool, it's not really convenient to do it through bots
