Forum Post - Make Adding/Changing image after the first reply

We have a very active server that's filled with artists and people who share their work online for a chance to get a job, a Freelance gig or just looking for feedback on their work. The forum feature is godsend for that purpose cause it kind of reminds us of the time that the “conceptart” forum was a huge thing.

We've created the forum called sketchbooks, and it feels like it's missing some features. But I'm gonna dwell on one at the moment which I think is important to the people of our lovely community.

The ability to change or add an image after you've posted your post and after your first reply. This could mean so many positive things, like the ability to keep your best work on the front page of your sketchbook to get people to see the rest of it.

Please upvote this suggestion, because I think that a lot of creative (and not) communities are gonna be thrilled about it!

Hello. I found out how to do this, as a workaround.

First, delete the image from your original forum post.

Next, post the image you want somewhere.

Copy the link to the image (on desktop, you can right clik → copy link).

Edit the first post of your forum thread, and paste the link in. Anywhere is fine, at the end or the start both work.

Save the edit, and your thread should display the linked image.
