addDateOption and addHourOption for slash commands

Hi! I am writing this suggestion as a bot developer. Would like to have new input types for slash commands!

Just as we have all the other types, we could also have one for date (to choose a date from the calendar) and another for time (to choose a time).

As we have in the browser with the <input>, something standardized in discord would be good, as it would convert the date formats to a single one, regardless of the user's preference…

“addStringOption” is a good alternative, but it pollutes the command and with several "setDescriptionLocalizations", the header would be huge (and boring)!

My suggestion comes with the intention of reducing the maximum number of inputs possible in a slash command, requesting only one, with a calendar or a time, and with respective outputs, in day, month and year :P
