My support request was not answered

My account was disabled by Discord 1 week ago. They closed my account on the grounds that I was under 13. I am over 18 years old. I sent my ID and photo. Today they marked my support request as resolved. No discord official has contacted me. They didn't answer me. Why did you mark my request as resolved? What should I do now? I waited a week in vain.
