Nitro perks regarding profile banner/Complaints

FIRST. Look at this:

When you open a discord profile, you can only see the pfp gif when you hover your mouse over it. Otherwise it looks like an average .PNG pfp. Who's going to hover their mouse over pfps?? Not me. Also, in a chat, even if you hover your mouse over someone's pfp it's still not going to show the animated part, unless you click on the profile and again, hover your mouse over the PFP. change this pls. Or tell me if it's a setting within my discord that I have to enable.

NOW FOR MY IDEA!!

I was thinking maybe for profile themes we could upload actual images. like transparent images or something. but patterned themes given by discord (with the ability to change their colour) would also look cool
