Hello this person (Night ID: 1157355920196632586) comes to advertise me MP is the person who manages all this advertising media MP is (simsone ID: 1141098502064193686) he uses illegal tools to advertise

If he’s manually sending an advert to you then it’s not against discord rules. If he’s using a background script, automated message service, bot (or other automated program) while on his account that is NOT listed as a bot, then it would be against terms of service because discord wants that to be separate.
advertising on its own is not against ToS unless it’s for illegal transaction, sale of firearms, sale of exploits, sale of anything discord deems to not be allowed.
if he did any of the not allowed things you need to file a support ticket and put photos of what he did that’s against ToS.

if he’s manually sending it and you’re annoyed at the user for advertising a server to you, just block them *shrug*
