Partnered Server run by Toxic Owner & Moderators

I figured the best place to ask this would be here. So there's this big server about 30k people that I joined and it was pretty much the only server I was active on. However, the server owner and the mods hold personal grudges against me and basically, banned me for small issues. I wondered if there's anything that can be done because there's also other users that I know that have had same issues with these people in the same server. Also, I do have some information that these moderators may be engaging in hate speech and such OUTSIDE of the server. Is there any course of action for this and if so what would be the best thing to do? Or am I out of luck here?

i doubt discord will do anything unless they are inciting violence against particular race religious or other demographic (becayse hate speech isn’t permitted on the platform and neither is promotion of crime/hate speech).

toxicity in itself isn’t enough for discord to take action. discord also won’t unban you from an individual server that banned you, that’s done by that specific server, toxic or not.

Discord is too slow to respond to reports, so I think the best thing is to just leave the bad servers and stay with your friends.
