Hello, I'm writing here about my experience with the Trust & Safety team and Customer Support. A little over a week ago my account was disabled due to a false report done as a joke by my friend, and I proceeded to contact the support team about it. Upon sending the messages I haven't heard any responses to all but one of my requests, and that one was asking about why my account was disabled as I never got an email describing why my account was disabled when it had initially happened. The friend who had reported me also contacted support saying that it was a mistake and they didn't mean to cause me to lose my account, but they haven't gotten any responses either. All the appeals I had sent were simply marked as solved as little as a minute after I submitted them. I need my account for important updates about school and extra curriculars, along with personal projects and being the primary way I'm able to contact my friends. I'm done with the sheer incompetence of the support team, I've had a horrible experience that resulted in me having to take the day off school due to stress revolving this issue. I just was justice, and to prove I'm in the right, anyone I've talked to can verify that I will never violate the Discord TOS or Guidelines, nor have I ever done so. I just want to talk to an actual person about this issue as I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the support system, there's not even a number I can call. Discord, if you're reading this, stop focusing on adding new features to the app, and instead focus on your support system. I'm not the only one who's had issues with this. Discord is such an amazing platform, but it's downright embarrassing for a multi billion dollar company to have this awful of a support system. I didn't know just how bad it was until this incident happened, and I'm done. Please reach out, thanks!
