:v: Emoji Skin Tone Usability

Currently the :v: emoji is one example of an emoji whose name is too short to use it conveniently with the automatic emoji suggestion feature. When typing other emojis with skin tone options, the most-used ones will appear and will correctly be the skin-tone matched ones for users that use them frequently, but because :v: is only one character it always defaults to the basic yellow skin tone. A convenient way to use this and any other emojis in a similar situation would make the platform more usable especially for BIPOC users.
