Non-moderation roles mentioning a specific role

So,
i would like a feature in discord to be added
about a non-moderation role (one that don't have the mention @all, @here, @everyone ,
Ex,
An author wants to mention his followers in a server but that server isn't solely for that author and is instead a community server for multiple authors and readers
instead of giving that author permissions to mention every role or that channel 
i would give him a perm for mentioning his followers role
something like roles links but instead is linked roles
