What's the deal discord?

I've paid for multiple nitro subs. Over 200 dollars worth. To be honest, the subs are not worth what you are selling them for. You can't “Save” your server boosts, or build them up, they disappear after your sub is gone, which for the people who paid for a year sub is pretty pointless. You guys recently took away the option to even put a banner up on your profile unless you are a nitro user besides the generic colors. I still see other people using customized banners who've NEVER paid for nitro. So what's up? The cash grab here is pretty irritating. I love Discord, I appreciate what you guys do. But give us the ability to customize our profiles as before. It's disrespectful to your customers who've helped support you guys with our purchases.
