Add Themes to Nitro basic

I personaly think that discord themes are a very important feature. I understand that they could be done for free, but discord uses nitro to support it being ad-free. I like discord being ad-free, so I have another solution to make themes more accessible.

I think the $2.99/Month or $29.99/Year Nitro Basic subscriptions should have access to themes. They don’t have to be able to access all themes, but somethings other than just dark gray, or eye-blazing white would be nice.

If this was added, it would make Nitro Basic, basically a no-brainer for a lot more people. It would in general just increase its value.
