Bring animated GIF avatars to Nitro Basic

I would probably barely use the feature but it seems like such a great incentive for users to invest in Nitro Basic. Nitro Basic as it is right now is almost perfect at its price point but the lack of animated GIF avatars means that many users are forced to buy the highest Nitro tier instead even though there are a bunch of extra features in that tier they don't need. Adding animated GIF avatars to Nitro Basic can convince a lot of users who don't already use Nitro to buy a full year of Basic at once.
