Media Channels

add the ability for people to add media channels without having to set up server subscriptions, or add server subscriptions to all countries outside of united states so everyone can use server subscriptions

also add the ability for calendar channels and to add polls and forms in a channel without having to use reactions, along with option to have up to 10 customization questions for server onboarding
