New UI

The new UI is much more inefficient to use and does not feel like the discord I know and love. The nice warm gray is gone and now feels cold.
The new update has hidden the deafen button behind yet another button, making it hard to find especially in an emergency. It was so easy when all you had to do was scroll up on the bottom bar but now it brings up the Vc chat which no one I know even uses.

The notifications section is completely useless and gives me notifications for chats I have open despite turning that option off.

The only thing I am very sad about is the removal of the colors in voice chats. Before everyone’s profile had a color around it, now it is this Instagram looking gradient that is very unenjoyable to look at. My friends and I used to love trying to make color pallets with the old feature and thats ruined.

In general I feel like the app has been ruined. It had a recognizable and iconic design and it was completely ripped away for absolutely no reason. Please consider an option for users to use the old UI rather than the inefficient one that causes has issues and tabs and buttons that is necessary.
