New Mobile UI complaints

i cancelled my nitro over this subscription in response to the new mobile UI changes.

It's not only extremely inefficient, a pointless change of layout. But it has REALLY hurt in terms of accessibility and functionality and I'm not going go out of my way to lend monetary support to a service that is not only filled with bugs, horribly optimised and a genuine chore to navigate.

My main issues are listed below:
- DM tab is needlessly zoomed in compared to the server tab. It feels claustrophobic to navigate.
- Splitting the search function in a "server wide" tab, and a "channel specific" tab is needlessly complex. 
- Movement of the server member list underneath the channel settings tab is an extremely unergonomic change. Instead of quickly being able to glance who else is online with a clean swipe, you need to navigate to a whole different menu via a strong tap. Doesn't that go against the very nature of servers?
- Following on, side drop-down is VERY buggy for me. Regularly locking my screen orientation to horizontal and preventing me from exiting without closing the app.

Discord is a large part of my life, and the central pillar of my communication with friends and collaborative work. I supported discord with Nitro because of this fact, I wanted to support a software I was a fan of.

It hurts me to have to withdraw my support due to these needless changes that make the software worse, and my time using less enjoyable.

The fact these changes were all not advertised in your announcement trailer does not pass my mind. I advise you to be more open to your community about changes of this scale, and to not take your customers for granted.
