New UI is SO inaccessible

As someone with only slight vision issues, this layout and background gives me a headache and I can’t even imagine what it is like for others as well. Too many steps to get where you want. Not clear where things are. Doesn’t feel like Discord. So buggy. Looks like any other app which is why I use discord because it used to be so easy to navigate and check on friends and search for things. This feels like a fresh graduate creating a first draft for an app interface and trying to use any and all techniques they learned to get a good grade without actually considering if people would use it, not good. Also good job using generic icons that every other messenger app uses where someone probably searched and used a free image, how unique. Cancelled nitro. Very disappointed. Atleast add a toggle. Please. I beg.

    Hear hear! Agreed entirely! Discord, are you gonna listen to us yet or do we ALL have to cancel our Nitro subscriptions?

    The lack of care Discord continues to exhibit for BASIC ACCESSIBILITY is genuinely unacceptable and I'm surprised they haven't gotten in hot water yet. As someone who struggles to look at high contrasts for too long the new mobile colors are a nightmare for me.
