Please consider adding channel-specific rules.

Please consider adding an option to give a channel its own rules shown to all users for their first time entering a channel, with an option for server admins to make it required to agree with the terms of those rules before being given certain permissions in that channel. This could work similarly to how guidelines work in forum channels. For servers with channels that have a lot of messages needing to be moderated, having a clear indicator of rules specific to that channel makes it easier for users to know the guidelines of a channel. 

As of now, a channel which constantly gets spammed or used incorrectly is monitored by using general server rules, using the channel description, or using a stickied message bot. Most of these options get ignored by users and a feature that shows channel rules more clearly would be very helpful. These rules could also be seen with a book icon for future reference.
