New UI

The new UI is genuinely awful. And this is a majority opinion. It is slow, it is buggy, it is unnecessary. It fixes something that wasn't broken in the first place and the fact that this is forced on users is a terrible decision and will simply drive people away from the app.

I can't speak for everyone, but I've seen that a lot of disabled people have problems with this too, the layout isn't accessibility friendly, and the inability to revert it makes it worse. Goes to show how much the discord team actually care about the accessibility of users, me being one of them. 

If I didn't use the app so much, I wouldn't care, but I use it a lot for communicating and the fact that the discord team seems to be ignoring the overwhelming bad reviews with a simple “get used to it” is disheartening and has really tarnished my view of the management.

So. Let us optionally revert the UI update, give us an option in the settings or something to allow us to revert it. If not for accessibility reasons, since clearly discord doesn't care as much as they wish to appear to, then because the large majority of people who use the app hate this update.
