Can't upload photos from mobile after update

What the title says. I've tried multiple servers and restarting my phone. This was not an issue before the update

  Same for me, and it's extremely frustrating, I didn't have this issue yesterday, and now it's happening nonstop.

   

  Text? Goes through fine.

   

  Try to upload an image? Less than two seconds and I get this.
