Emoji picker is missing some emoji in landscape on tablet

The emoji picker is cut off on the side, so some emojis are hidden offscreen.  In the first screenshot (landscape), the emojis skip from "penguin" to "bat."  In the second screenshot (portrait), all emoji are displayed properly.  Look at all the emoji between "penguin" and "bat" that should have shown up in the first screenshot.
