Account disabled & ghosted by support
A few days ago, my account was disabled after trying to get a refund for my nitro through PayPal. After clicking "file dispute" my account was disabled within seconds. After closing the case immediately, I opened a ticket to appeal this action but I got the automated reply which instructed me to reply again to forward the ticket however I believe it was never forwarded and I never got a confirmation that it was forwarded OR a response from an actual support staff member. Is this normal and if not does anybody know what I should do?

I was checking to see if you'd be able to notify Trust and Safety about my ticket. I've been waiting for over a month with no response after my main account was hacked. I did see people say to make a second ticket however when I did that the new ticket was marked as solved within a few hours. My main ticket is still open and I have yet to receive any physical response about recovering my main account.

I created a new ticket like he said. After itAfter it was autosolved I then created a follow up on the original ticket. I think the reason it's taking so long is because it's the same scammer.

OK, Ill try to create a new ticket and see if it would notify them again and then reply back to the original ticket of mine.

Just wanted to update yall, an agent was finally assigned to my ticket and they’ve gotten back to me about why I was disabled. Apparently I said an age under what is allowed in the US. I’ve sent in my verification and hopefully they’ll fix this soon.
Looks like support is actually getting to appeals, it just takes a few days. Took 7 days on mine to get a response. Hope yall have the same success as me-1 -
10 days in no response other than Nellys automatic one, im starting to think that my account will never be reenabled

I'm holding onto hope that someone will get back to me I've been waiting for over a month. Out of curiosity how do you know if an agent has been assigned to your ticket? I haven't received any physical response just auto bot responses. I opened a new ticket 2 weeks ago and it got marked as autosolved within a few hours and then I followed up on my main ticket but I have been waiting for 2 weeks and heard nothing so I'm not to sure if someone even looked at my ticket.

@Alikhannasa Actually the response I got from trust and safety also seemed like an automated response. The gist of it was this.
"We investigated your account and have reset it to its current email address. Click the link to reset your password."
Once you click the link, you are able to reset your password without the need for to 2FA. The link is a little bit different from a normal password reset link and that kind of give it away.

Magmarock64 How is it you got a response nobody else does? They emailed you that reply? I don't get what's going on. I'm completely confused and i never experienced something like this. I'm so annoyed how they handle it this way.

I was checking in to see if you'd be able to help me out? My account was recently disabled without receiving an email or reason telling me why i got disabled all of a sudden. I contacted discord through support forms and i did not receive an automatic message reply? It's been 3 days now. I also created a ticket, updating my age information showing an I.D, a photo of yourself, and your discord username provided. I've also have nitro on my account and my credit card information on there so thats really tough incase more transitions go through. I just really want my account i had it for 3 years now, and i have much memories on there. Please help me out.

Hey Magmarock64 thanks for addressing my concerns. Unfortunately in my case I only got the automated response from Nelly. It was telling me about how my email was currently in use since my situation was a bit more complicated since the hackers had created a fake account on my main email after switching the email on my main and enabling 2FA. Due to this I had to wait 14 days to go through discords automated deletion process to free up my email again since they can only recover the account back to the original email. However it has now been over two weeks since that has happened and I still have yet to hear anything back. from a physical member telling me my main account is being looked at or had the email reverted

hey Magmarock64 thanks for the advice. I created a new ticket with the ID of my original ticket in the description and manage to got my account back. Thanks for everyone here that gave me advice on this matter and I hope that this will help someone in the future.

Try opending a new ticket from a new account. They will tell you that they can't discuss the ticket from the new account, to which you'll
Respond with a request to discuss it from the old acount with the old ticket. This got a human response for me.

Okay Magmarock64 I tried what you told me I got an automated response on the other account that this isn't the email associated with the account and the ticket got autosolved I have now messaged them that I have this support account and a already open ticket which I gave them the number for. I don't need to send any messages on the currently open ticket on this account right. I'm worried it'll push me further back into the que and I've already been waiting for an additional 2 weeks and over a month for my whole ticket

Alikhannasa it took 8 weeks for me. Was it a general ticket on the alt account or a hack ticket. Hack tickets will cause trouble but a general ticket simply asking for a human response will sometimes get you one. I wouldn't recommending opening new ticket for the time being.
