Account disabled & ghosted by support
A few days ago, my account was disabled after trying to get a refund for my nitro through PayPal. After clicking "file dispute" my account was disabled within seconds. After closing the case immediately, I opened a ticket to appeal this action but I got the automated reply which instructed me to reply again to forward the ticket however I believe it was never forwarded and I never got a confirmation that it was forwarded OR a response from an actual support staff member. Is this normal and if not does anybody know what I should do?

Hey Haunt, I have submitted appeals to discord support about them disabling my account and they have “solved” my appeal but i haven’t gotten any type of email or response. What should I do? and everytime i submit an appeal I state the reason and give them my support number, but they keep marking it as solved

I appreciate you all providing me with tickets and asking questions. I would like to point out that I’m trying my best to get your situations handled properly. Please note that being only one diligent person can be stressful at times, especially when things are not going as intended.
Regarding your current open tickets, due to it being holiday season, I suggest laying low with creating tickets as not many staff will be active to assist you. However, once these days have passed and the holiday season is over, I recommend creating a new ticket in the same category requesting assistance with your old ticket. You can do this by including your ticket number inside of the new ticket itself.
If your account was disabled for reasons other than age verification, I unfortunately will not be able to directly assist you, rather I will only be able to provide tips on how to figure out what exactly caused your account to be disabled.
I will create a support server on discord shortly to help further provide me with more information and to separate users issues accordingly.

My discord account was hacked and after 2 months support was able to successfully recover it. But as soon as I changed my password and logged in to my account, it immediately got disabled. What is the reason behind it and what can I do to get my account back before it gets deleted?

Sorry that's no excuse whatsoever. You got people banned for no reason and still got no answer after nearly 2 mouths. Its ridiculous.I'm 15 days waiting and now you come out from hiding just to say we got to make another ticket. I never seen such bad customer service in my life.

Masonportman46, I don't think we should blame Haunt, its just the upper management at discord who have been unable to set up a proper support team. If anything, Haunt is the only person trying hard to get our tickets processed even when he doesn't need to.
Haunt please set up the support server you said you would and send us an invite, I think talking in the forums is inconvenient and a dedicated server with resources will help.

I have been ignored for the past few days and i have only about 4 days left before my account deletion or maybe about 16 if the period has been elongated. BUT I have been banned because another 12 year old kid found out that I've reported him and something that we used to think as a joke of he used as a weapon against me and now I am banned. My ticket is #41915203. Please, taking things out of context shouldn't be a way to ban people. When I've reported him I was actually offended and when he reported me he was just trying to get back on me for banning him.

riffareff same here, my account got disabled bc i made a joke to a friend abt being 10 and it got disabled within minutes after, i sent an appeal request and they answered a couple days later just make sure your not opening multiple tickets because it will put you on the bottom of the respond list or smthn like that im pretty sure. though support answered and asking for my personal info and stuff so i sent it and not that long ago the ticket went off but i got no reply so idk whats going on in there if the 14 days intill account deletion is true then my account gets deleted tomorrow but i did everything they asked so..

Haunt hello! i made a ticket because i got my acc disabled for being underage and i did everything the support team asked me to do, i have no response for 3 days now since sending the last photo i needed to send to get my account back and my ticket just went off but no response i think the person assigned to my ticket left it can you help?

Masonportman46 I agree with you in regard to the poor customer service, but i don't think Haunt is to blame. Something has gone very wrong with upper management.

Sorry to hear you're having that experience. I'd like to point out that the most I can do regarding your tickets is provide helpful insights and notify using your ticket number. I do not have access to the tickets, I cannot see the content inside of the tickets, I cannot control the speed of the actual support team.
On a side note, I will let you know once the server is setup and finished, I'm adding some finishing touches to make things easier for you guys. You are not being ignored by the Discord Support team, given they are handling more tickets than you likely think.

Khaledalbukhari3 same problem. My account probably got disabled because the hacker was joining servers that broke ToS. And yet support wont respond to me, not even to the hacked account ticket from before. They restored my account but it was of no use if it gets disabled immediately.

You have received that email because your account was disabled for reasons that are aside from age verification. The reason you were disabled is depending on if you received an email when your account was disabled, if you did not, it was likely because of a server you were in. Unfortunately, there is not much you are capable of doing if you received a response saying that your account will not be reinstated.

Haunt I also got the “will not be reinstated” automatic reply but I have literally not done anything. my account was compromised before this and I dont know why they disabled it automatically, right after restoring it to me???? I don't want to lose my account because of faults in discord's system.

I have have got the same bot response “will not be reinstated” twice now and I have done nothing wrong. Its 18 days without account and still nothing is being done. My ticket is #41931967

Haunt i never got an email from discord when I got disabled I only got the emails that was sent by my appeals so that’s why am saying I got wrongfully disabled.
I have to note out that when I was disabled 2years ago I got an email saying why but this time I got nothing1 -
Khaledalbukhari3 I also got no email. As Haunt said, its probably because your account was in some server violating tos. They auto ban every member in those servers from what I can gather. The trust and safety team seems to be on leave till 2nd Jan so i think we should bump our tickets once they are back.

Please help. My discord is my only way to communicate with friends and few days earlier my account got blicket for spam. I instantly made an ticket but it got marked as solved. Next 2 was marked as solved too. Please can you help or give me tips?

BUT I have been banned because another 12 year old kid (maybe 13 year old) found out that I've reported him for sending my face pics in the chat and I didn't even get an email with the reason to atleast know my odds of getting unbanned. I have a question. I’ve submitted two tickets ( not back to back) and both times i submit one it automatically gets solved by nelly and it jus says “no” on everything. I got my account disabled for chargback nonsense and idk what it means whenever they automatically solve it with no emails.

My ticket was given to some “Gunter” and he just closed it right away, please help, how do i reassign my ticket to someone, im sorry, more competent for their work? I understand your frustration regarding your account, I would like to let you know of a couple things involving the reinstation of your account.
If you received replies informing you that your account will not be reinstated after further review, there is no point in continuing to request reviews. I would also like to point out that I too, have recently had to deal with losing my account due to bad actors on the platform abusing the reporting system. The trust and safety team is flawed, and I am sorry that even using the information I provided you were unable to get your account back.
The most you can do is create a new account and continue using the app as normal, I suggest backing up your account, possibly making an extra alt and transferring your servers to that account to prevent loss of too many things.
