Account disabled for no reason

Discord support continues to be the worst in the business. I got my account disabled with no explanation of why or when. Discord never emailed me about it. I put in a support ticket immediately and it's been 5 days with no response. I've been on the platform for 7 years and have a ton of history that I would rather not lose for no reason whatsoever, but I'm losing hope that Discord will ever respond or provide any meaningful explanation as to what happened. I've never seen a platform with this little professionalism before.

    I didn't even get the completely unhelpful bot response that other people seem to have received, which is probably a good sign that Discord has just thrown it to the wind and decided they won't even bother pretending to try to explain why these things are happening anymore. I'm just extremely dejected and disappointed, I suppose this is a good sign that it's time to get off the platform entirely.

    Exacly same here, if they will delete my account i would love to go to another app like guilded or revolt, but my 5 years old server will be lost.

    Turns out my account got disabled for being under 13. I'm 21. Even worse, I literally got disabled for the same thing a month ago, and I verified my age then, so they already have my age on file. Phenomenal job everyone. I hate it here.
