1 month open ticket, without respons from support unacceptable

It's been 1 month now since my account was hacked with my community server of 3000 members with nitro and member boosts. Tickets are closed without responses. Just a response asking me for my server IDs! But how can I do this if I no longer have access to it? stop asking me things that are impossible to know since I no longer have my account and therefore no longer have access to my server.
Please, this has gone on long enough, I have provided you with the screens and the name of the hacker as well as my name, the hacked account and my server.
I pay NITRO for services and members also pay boost, we are entitled to expect a minimum of agreement from the discord side towards their customer.

I want to recover my account and my server now.

    Hi Mathieudelsuc,

    The team needs your servers ID to verify the ownership transfer request. You can get this ID if you use an alt account inside of your server and copy it with developer mode enabled.

    To get your account back faster, I recommend providing all the material being asked of you inside of the support ticket. Not providing what is asked is likely prompting the support team to disregard your ticket and flag as spam.
