Account disabled for no reason
I've had my account astryyrin for 3 years now going on into 4. On December 18th at 12am i was disabled and logged out of my account. I didn't receive an email or mail explaining why my account was disabled all of a sudden. Its been 3 days since i created a ticket and provided I.D and photo of me and holding a paper of my username as i was told to. I haven't received a response only solved ticket and i reopened. I also had nitro and my credit card information. Please help me if any humans are reading this, i really dont want to lose my account with memories of my friends. Thank you

Hello, it's bad that you're going through that, they disabled my account yesterday, I sent 5 tickets, a bot responded saying that they wouldn't return my account... what it seems is that there aren't many people who answer or they take their time, the only thing that All you have to do is wait, I think your account has passed away. I had my account since 2018 and no one answers me.

Perezmauro04 Oh i see your pretty lucky an bot even responded to you i cant even get an reply, but i would say keep re-opening your ticket and ask to speak to a human. But yeah sadly discord support sucks.

Guys, I've done a little research, just be patient, discord support takes a while... but it's also a holiday season, so all you have to do is wait: advice don't make too many tickets always explain your problem with respect If all your tickets end up closed without a response, just go make another tickrt but asking to speak to a human with no data and nothing. I recommend that for now they let it be, unfortunately, they suspended my account almost 3 or 4 days ago and nothing but the festive dates do not help them communicate.
