Forums/Media Channels [Allow Multiple Reactions For Posts]

Today, I was arguing for a downvote option be made for a server where these channels were the majority but for some reason we are just unable to do this. I think it's ridiculous that there is a cap of a single reaction and for both voting and suggestion systems, this would make it a lot easier.

This is a simple fix that would improve the overall quality of servers, at minimum two reactions/emojis should be allowed.
