The Discord notice regarding slower responses during the Holiday Season has been up for 3+ weeks. Tons of people still get ignored when asking for help.
Title says it all. People who have their accounts lost/disabled are better off giving up all their friends and servers and simply making a new account, because Discord does not seem to care about you at all. No reply at all on the support end.
You're telling me they're taking a full month off, while still having a bot ban people?
This shit's jokes. I wish there was a popular alternative to this awful program with awful support.

This is quite true even when you have Nitro they don't even give priority in Support as the ticket all get send to the same pool and if there is any kind of activity at all it get send to the bottom. By the time someone decide to care it would be way too late.0 -
I had a gifted Nitro running, which is now happily running out while support does absolutely nothing. Neat!
