Discord ignoring my tickets?
I was falsely disabled for being “underaged” because some malding child reported a literal BLATANT JOKE I made in a random discord server.
And now all of my appeal requests are just getting marked with “solved” when I'm literally receiving no help at all.
I keep seeing new moderators appear since they get “assigned” to my request yet they all either sit there and do nothing or they look at it and ignore it.
My discord account is INSANELY IMPORTANT to me since I have INCREDIBLY deep history on it, many important contacts, many important things, a lot of important info, just overall IT IS LEGITIMATELY IMPORTANT.
Yet discord doesn't seem to really care and is ignoring me.
It is literally heartbreaking seeing a random moderator appear as “assigned” to my ticket, just for them to leave it 5 minutes later.
If I lose this account, unironically as cringe as it is.
I lose a huge part of my life lmao……

Few days.
I have almost never had to wait any longer than an hour or two for a response when it comes to discord.
Yet of course… when I need it the most, I'm being ignored.
I know the moderators have looked at it.
I've seen multiple names be assigned to the request.
Literally all they need to do is simply look at the verification photo, read my message for about 30 seconds and they will have all the info and proof that they need in order to reinstate my account.
But, they're not doing that.2 -
Fun fact, Discord laid off like 20% of their staff recently. They were already slow with the tickets during the holiday season (Discord's holiday season is 1 month long) and now there's probably a lot of shuffling around.
I made an alt to get in touch with some friends, but my main account has been disabled for like 10-11 days now. I personally don't expect it to be returned to me, but who knows.
Yes it should take 20 seconds to verify someone's age. I think my beard alone would tell people I'm older than 12, but oh well, here we are.

Having the same issue here, just have 3 days till my account goes kaboom, A mod was assigned to my ticket, and after i sent them my ID, they left and i never got a response. i feel helpless at this point

My account got disabled for violating TOS the age appeal and when I tried to appeal it they said I cant cause im still too young but now that I am 13 I tried to appeal but they are just ignoring me I have sent 5 -7 emails to them about the same issue but nothing they just ignored me and when they did. They asked me they will futher more they investigated cause of 18+ servers. I am not the only one who uses my account and how should I know what they are doing to my account. If they will or can give the account back that would be much appreciated. Its kinda annoying how the other support team is doing better cause when I submitted another ticket regarding this to them they answered in less than 20 mins. Discord safety and trust please go through the emails we sent. and appeal our request. and I would like to ask why is my account deleted when I didn't request for one?

I have just recently had the eighth staff member look through my support request, still no sort of response at all.
I've also been contacting them through twitter on both of their accounts and nothing's happening.

It took 2 months for me to get unbanned.
Meanwhile I had all of the proof and everything HANDED TO THEM ON A SILVER PLATTER in a singular day.

Noixy Hello, i got a similar issue. Someone hacked my email box + token and changed my email in February on my account and since then, I noticed only sadly in April that they changed my email as i always login with phone. I tried to reach the Discord Support in April, since then the only answer i got from the staff team was “Use QR code login or reset your password” which is completely useless in my case then i got at the end: ‘Please note our team is unable to provide additional information or support for this request. If you need assistance on other matters, you can explore our Help Center.’ Since then, all my requests are automatically solved after max 24H while I got hacked. I even tried to reach them on Twitter, they straight ignore me and reply to other people. Did you open all the time your FIRST ticket or you sent new ones? Cause i sent like 5 but they all got automatically solved without any reply.

How did you managed it when your account get unbanned then re-ban your account. I have the same problem with my account was underage and compromised.
Seem they are ignoring me I've made a lot tickets randomly reviewed but no answer or instant-close my ticket was rude without let me know about it.
Fighting with Discord and filled FBI however I know what I can do is contact them and refund them on PayPal but still not reviewed. The hacker made a trap of us that discord support don't care you but only care to hackers I would have done then beat hackers no matter what they wanted to take my money.

Im still waiting for my account too lol its ridiculous. They keep marking my tickets as solved, and ignoring my tweets but replying to everyone else. Its so annoying. I have a couple days until it’s gone for good.

This happened to me too. They marked all my tickets as solved but they still haven’t gave me my account back what do I do please discord is all I have rn because of a stupid troll who reported my account
