How long will it take to reach Human in Discord?
Hello, my account in discord (hyungsuk_k) has been hacked by a hacker, and the hacker is now messing around with my server with username (hyungsuk__k) with one more underscore in his username.
So far I have submitted 5 tickets to report hacked account and enabling my account to prove that I am over 13 years old after hacker claimed it that way when I was not logged in.
In conclusion, I have had any responses back. While I wait for the tickets, I want to show to people how slow it is for Discord team to actually have a person to respond to all tickets.

I think the most proper way to get support is to bring pitchfork to their office.

You made a big fault.
If you open another ticket, you will be throw back in their waiting list.
For an example:
You created a ticket 5 days ago. Now you will get an answer in 2 days (because they answer you in a week in mostcases).
Now you created another ticket after these 5 days.
You will wait 7 days again.
The biggest problem here: If you wait too long, because you made new tickets, after 30 days your account will be deleted.
(This is for all banned accounts for underage, Idk what about hacked accounts, but maybe the same result)0 -
So are they sending response or not? It seems you are the staff of Discord, and why am I being blamed for its system not being able to respond in time? At least they need to give some estimated time arrival or clarify this in a support page. Zapier shows it takes 2 business days to respond in its automated email. Why can’t Discord just write “It takes 7 days to respond and duplicate issues will be thrown back to waiting list delaying the response about 2 days.”
Also, I don’t know what ticket you are talking about. The earliest ticket I submitted was maximum 3 days ago regardless of timezones, not 5.0 -
Do I need to bring math textbooks to the office now to teach how to count with dates? If this is an actual staff, he or she has a huge communication issues. The staff is just emphasizing the problem instead of supporting the user to make solutions or conclusions. Do I need to make a new account or do I need to wait for them to respond? What am I supposed to do?
