2FA Lockout
Having some strange issues with my 2FA. On January 11th, my account was disabled because I somehow indicated that I am underaged (I’m 19, the minimum age is 13). On January 19th, it was reenabled but I also got an email telling me that suspicious activity happened on my account and that I am forced to change my password. I go to change my password, but the 2FA code didn’t get sent to my phone (I use sms verification). I tried using ALL of my 2FA backup codes but none of them worked. I have no way to get through 2FA now and I am unfairly locked out of my account. I was trying to solve this problem with a guy named Lyndl, but he wasn’t of much help (never gave any actually helpful tips, and always closed my case).

Haha this somewhat happened to me too, but out of my own stupidity.
I restarted my laptop and got locked out of my account. None of my devices are currently logged in, I have no access to my authenticator, and my 3 remaining codes were not working. Contacted support, requested to disable 2fa (found proof in some videos, latest were 2021-2022), said they could not do that due to “security reasons” and proceeded to ghost me. This support situation also happened when I DM'ed them on their twitter account. Absolutely no use. Screw you Trixia, and that other guy, NONE OF YOU WERE HELPFUL.

If I knew all this bullshit would happen, I would've NEVER set up 2FA on my account. This is an outrage.
