Should I make another ticket?

Helloo! My account got disabled for being “underage” 9 days ago so I submitted a ticket a day after I got the email. My ticket number was #42684110. The last activity was 4 days ago and it's still open. I only have about 5 days left till my account is wiped. Should I redo my appeal? Should I ask for an update (if so, how)? I have good friends and memories in that account and I would not like to lose them. Thank you!

    I'd probably leave a prompting message asking for some confirmation on the ticket itself.
    If no response then, I'd send in another ticket explaining yourself. I will say that I have been seeing some cases of people getting their accounts back after 15+ days, which means you likely have more than 2 weeks! But I understand if you don't want to chance it.
