Can someone confirm if this is not a bot?

Did he respond to someone normally? Or am I just talking with a bot? That can't be normal. After answering to this that I please him to look at attachments that everything is there, then he marks the ticket as solved xD Unless he really believes that I started to use discord at the age of 5 and got banned after 7 years of hiding.

    Looks like a bot to me, but it can be a person, it's a little hard to tell.

    Seems like a bot to me. They probably have thousands of requests to sift through and a human hasn't actually reviewed your ticket yet.

    Yes! It is bot. Beacuse same issue create in our website. I am also working on this . But I cannot clear it. You can see this issue in our website Fear Of God.
    Plz  help me and explain me deeply.
