ATTENTION!! Hacked account HELP DISCORD

So it's been about a week since I received an auto-reply from Clyde (Trust & Safety) and no update whatsoever. I'm sure many of you has fallen for the same cheap trick. “Hello, me and my friend made an project, can you try it out?” And then made you click on a link to get WINRAR files in your pc which resulted in losing access to your account. Please discord reply to my ticket. This hacker has changed my email, placed it to a different account and enabled 2FA. I have no access to log in and I've replied several of times instead of making new tickets as you recommended. He's abusing my credit card and threathens me to pay him the account back. I've linked many attachments in my ticket, that proves I am the rightful owner of the account. I cannot have enough patience knowing an hacker is abusing and giving my name a bad reputation throughout Discord. The amount of post I've read, that some folks have waited multiple weeks/months to get an reply is unreal. Some have their cases marked as solved, even though the situation remains the same. Some have been lucky and restored their account in just 2 days when the EXACT case is identical to mine. Please reply to my ticket!! I've contacted you on Twitter as well but no answers. This cannot be true, that hackers these days can escape this easily!!

Mine has been 23 days so far and they won't do a thing. I even filed a BBB report and they blew that off as well.

Slimthereaper That's terrible news to hear :( I wish we could get our tickets fixed way faster. Never in my life have I been this surprised to see an company/website to take this long to reply. These hackers makes it sound easy to fool around Discord safety and get away and act as nothing has happend. I truly cannot comprehend this. Even when you give the exact information that Discord requires and actually make the case easier for them to investigate, we are just being left behind for months. In some cases no one ever gets an actual reply. I read somewhere that an user got his reply after 3 or 4 years. No one can say this is the level of patience one must have. Patience in these cases would maximum be a week or two in my opinion. But more than that? Nah.

This has happened to me as well. I got locked out of my account for false accusations of suspicious activity by the discord team, and I’ve been trying to appeal ever since. I sent them emails several times, but they don’t respond. I completely understand the situation you and many others are going through. I just hope we can get justice and our accounts back.

A friend of mine got their account back today after just 3 hours. I'm glad they got their rightful account back, but what about us? People has waited for weeks. If not months. This is really odd.

Every time I ask them for help, I mention that I can’t reset my password because the verification code won’t appear in my phone number or email address for some reason, and I need that fixed, but they don’t address this and instead just give an unhelpful response that doesn’t solve the problem.

Okay, so the only way I can currently access my old account is by getting a number sent to me, but it doesn't appear on my email or number for some reason, so my best hope is to wait and get it unlocked in the future by other means somehow (like if discord ever changes its policies and easily unlocks access to all users old accounts).
