Support doesn't wanna help

My account suddenly signed out and disabled without any reason and the discord didn't send me any emails about what happened. I contacted to support team and they just said “We will not reinstate the account” . I opened 4 tickets and i got the same answer from Clyde Bot. I told them that I didn't do anything but they ignored, I my 2016 account with 0500 tag is still disabled without any reason and I a lot of people with same issue. My request is that please don't disable account if you don't have professional support team in your company.

    Suddenly, without any warning or explanation, my account was signed out and disabled, disrupting my ability to connect with friends and communities on the shared office in sydney platform. Reaching out to Discord's support team multiple times through tickets, I've received only automated responses from Clyde Bot stating that my account will not be reinstated.
