Need to talk to a human
So i've been talking to clyde for 7 days after my account got disable from a mass report, after i repost a image which i thought was for normal low pop server captcha, “First stupid thing i've done on discord in 9 years” i've tried dm tweeting and talking to clyde till someone had to respond to my messages in the support ticket nothing, Can i please talk to a human before my account gets deleted cause of this i've used this account for 9 years got memeories and friends i've known for even longer in there going back 11 years and it's the first time i've ever had something where i needed to dm support about this and i've gotten no response at all.
So please can i talk to a human about getting my account undisabled cause of this i can privode all you need, have people vouch for sorta person i am and show for a fact i wouldn't do anything to break community guide lines especially after 9 years of being on this platform.

I've been trying to get my account back after it was disabled while I was away for a few days. I've sent several messages and had to reopen my request at least twice, but have had nothing beyond a generic response from “clyde” a week ago.
Call me cynical, but I'm wondering if they go radio silent till the account is lost, because that way they don't actually have to deal with it, or look into things. I think they are short of people doing customer support, but that's not really a good excuse for a platform that is this busy.

In the same boat and had an account for just as long. All I've gotten so far has been bot responses. Even complaints sent to the BBB are bot responses. Phone calls to Discord HQ either give you a message that they're closed or straight to voicemail with no callbacks. Is Discord even run by humans? It seems impossible to get in touch with a real human and if a human does seem to pay attention to your ticket, it seems be “solve on sight” with no response or work to resolve the issue. I've worked in customer support before and the fact that anyone could see this support as acceptable, under a heavy load or not, is astonishing. If it's a heavy load, just prevent my account deletion till someone can actually look into the ticket, tell me (in a human, personal, and, non-generic response) and actually help me with the issue at some point.
Accounts being disabled seems to be a growing issue and the fact that I haven't seen ANYONE getting a real human response from Discord is really irking me. Do they really not care about their users?

Yeah, I agree with that. Rather, accounts that are disabled currently get exempted from deletion for the time being, or if a ticket under their email was sent in without a period of 1 week or 2.

Got my account hacked to do Illegal activities, disabled my account while I provided evidence to them, only bot respond, and my account deleted 1 month later.

Discord is horrible with helping people.
