Limited access for no reason
I got 24 hours limited access for no reason
I am owner of a private gaming community server. I got, without warning and reason explained, limited access for 24 hours.
Despite the official discord message link states I can still use direct messages to friends this isn't true
now all my messages in all discords (I use discord for multiple stuffs, not just gaming!) are marked as spammer.
Nobody answer the ticket.
Oh yes, my “standing” status is “All good!” with green mark.

I've got a permanent ban from my own private gaming server just for posting 3 memes in general channel without being marked with Age-Restriction. I'm trying to appeal, but they just mark as solved all my requests without any answer.
*Note - My tone is normal and calm in all of my ticket requests.

I think your is a different issue, in my server we don't have age-restricted content and we already have filters for non-staff members for such things.. my problems started when I asked the last 2 user joined their game IDs so we could whitelist them and so allow them to join… but that's a common practice for whitelist id game servers and we do this since last year and many months ago, actually we use also this also to faster identify spammers and bot that could join in our discord too.. finally I didn't get any hint from the discord official message about what kind of content or message was the problem at all and my standing account is still marked as “all good!”

This is very … bad, not good at all. If you open a ticket for appeal, pls do it via your PC/laptop. There, under your ticket status and other ones, will see all the questions you must answer. Then they will accept your ticket for review.

ok looks like now is all fixed thankfully
for other having this issues, I wanna give some extra details
after the cooldown ended I was able to write again everywhere, but I was still marked as suspicious spammer
than after asking clarification I suddenly got forced log out on all devices (browser, desktop, phone) and I almost got a stroke
after a while I was able-to re log and the spam mark was removed from server administration (I was able to check it in my own server) and from direct messages but still marked in channels..
after a while (20 minutes) it disappeared also from channels.
I decided to transfer my gaming server ownership to a friend for safety reason since he never got such issues (we are both admins in our small private server gaming community so for me was fine)..
hope this helps more people getting incorrectly marked as spammers.
