Falsely disabled account: Hacked/compromised account
Please reply to my ticket (43148018). Here is my explanation:
"Hello, I'm waiting for a reply. My account got disabled falsely on Discord and it isn't my fault. My friend purchased items on my account and I thought that was very nice of them but then they later requested a chargeback and knowing this, they purchased it on my account without their parents permission. It isn't my fault and also it has been compromised by someone I don't know. If you'd like me to explain, there was a bot connection in my account that was not verified and I thought it was suspicious so more items were purchased. I only remember getting the 1 year nitro. Please undisable my account, it was a huge misunderstanding and moving forward, I'll take things with caution to prevent such things in the future. I will only buy the nitro for myself. I am a dedicated Discord user who constantly find ways to love this platform and I have made so many friends and also created my own server which I've worked on tirelessly for months and if I can't get my account back, then I'm also losing money. I deeply apologise for any of this. Thanks!"
I've sent this over a week ago and all I got was automated replies and I've made over 4-5 support tickets which I shouldn't have done since it puts my ticket into delay but Discord staff, please reply to this issue. Many thanks.
