why is the support team so bad?
my account was disabled 2 days ago for trying to refund nitro by opening a dispute on paypal (which i have now closed), i have opened multiple tickets in order to try and get my account back but i haven't had a response whatsoever and all my tickets either get marked as solved by a bot or are left on open because i replied to them after they were closed by a bot, so im basically just stuck here not knowing what to do because i have an active nitro subscription on that account and i can't even cancel it.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I doubt very much you will get an answer. It feels like their customer service only gets brought out if they are getting something out of it. If you were asking how to *get* nitro, I'd bet they would be all over it making sure you knew how to give them money. Since it's the opposite, they don't want to know. If you haven't managed to get your money back, make sure to talk to paypal. I expect their customer service is much better than Discord's.
I was disabled over a month ago because of something someone else did while I was offline for a week.My account is now showing as deleted, and I have put in requests with no response other than a generic catch-all from a bot.

Hello @sef, Please contact your Bank or Paypal to cancel the nitro subscription if you're unable to do on the Discord Client. And creating multiple tickets will put you in the back of the queue, so please limit the ticket creation to 1 or 2 next time.
