Account deactivated - selfbots
My account was deactivated due to selfbots. But I have nothing to do with selfbots. I was online as normal and then was kicked out of the app and told to log in again. Of course that didn't work because my account was already deactivated. I even use 2 factor authentication and still someone managed to get it or did something else with my account.
I sent a request to Discord but got no response. Can someone tell me what I can do now? :/

Hey there Info, a person may get into your account if you have downloaded a software or other malicious application to your device, these malicious application can copy your Discord Token, which is a key to verify you're the account owner, if someone has your token they can log into your account without password or 2-FA (Factor Authentication). For the selfbot, i think the hacker/attacker used your account for malicious purposes and it was flagged by Discord System as SelfBot. As Selfbot is against the community guidelines, I don't think Discord will reinstate/recover your account. If you have any other questions please reply back to this comment :)

I donwload nothing. At this time i was online with my MacBook and with this device i didn't downlaod anything for Discord or other stuff, just stuff for Photoshop. Why does Discord use 2FA when it's so easy to get around? That doesn't make any sense to me. ^^ I need this account because this account is the owner of my Discord Server with 1400 Members.
This is not fair, i do nothing which violates the TOS. :(

Hey there, it sounds frustrating that Discord's 2FA seems unnecessary for you, especially when you haven't downloaded anything suspicious. It's essential to secure your account, especially since you're the owner of a Discord server with a significant number of members. While 2FA might feel inconvenient at times, it adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access. If you're encountering difficulties with it, perhaps reaching out to Discord support for assistance could help streamline the process for you. Protecting your account and server is crucial, and they might have insights or solutions that could alleviate your concerns. Best of luck!

You're misunderstanding something. 😅 I like 2FA a lot that's why I use it on Discord too. In the previous post it was written that you can bypass 2FA, so I wrote that 2FA makes no sense if you can bypass it.
