Hacker enabling 2FA. Discord ignoring evidence.

Account got pulled by an auth-token. After multiple tickets to discord support and repeated “We can’t help” I decided to post here. I posted not only my password changing, but discord disabling my account and the hacker trying to get in. At first I was able to change my password but then they activated MFA/2FA and I am unable to get in (I did not have it activated before, I really should have.) I’ve shown countless amounts of saved screenshots that the account was mine along with my ID only for discord to say they cannot remove it due to privacy and safety reasons; Mind you, others on here have gotten their accounts back and discords removed the MFA after they just EXPLAINED their account was hacked. This is ridiculous and I’m either going to keep sending tickets or keep messaging their Twitter with more evidence in emails as well; Discord needs to do a little better.

    Honestly I have no clue. For me probably not; For you, you might have better luck. It depends on who discord feels like helping.

    I'm having the exact same issue. Discord keeps sending the same message “Based on the findings of our investigation, we are unable to remove multi-factor authentication on your account due to privacy and security reasons”. It's been 21 days since I got hacked. No amount of evidence is enough, and they never tell you what other information they need either.

    Yeah, there's no point just cut your losses. Experiencing the same thing with my hacked account and it's practically gone since it's been weeks since I have sent the Email and discord is doing nothing at all. 10/10 best customer service

    dude i've seen many users private info getting leaked after there account getting hacked they should just remove that info even from Deleted Logs by mods I even posted about that here
